Team building
Today we had to work as a team to build a hut using blankets and other materials we could find in our classroom. We enjoyed helping each other and then we got to take toys inside our huts and play in them for a short while. Lloyd made an entrance and a toilet for his group's hut. Preet used our giant Snakes and Ladders game to make walls for his group's hut and Carter discovered that you could "connect" two tables by using a blanket and some heavy weights to hold it down which made an even bigger hut! So much fun as you can see!

OOOOOoooohhhhhh next time leave the huts there for a week & we can do our work in them!
ReplyDeleteAnd let's try hut-making outside!
Great idea, Mrs Brydon. Mrs Hammond will go on holiday and Mrs Brydon can teach for that week. Haha. Outside hut making sounds like a fabulous idea too!
