Happy birthday to Jojo who was 6 years old on the 12th of April!
Hari huri tau ki a koe Tauhe! Tauhe turned six on the  21st April!
We all hope you both had great lockdown birthdays!

And a very happy birthday to our amazing Teacher Aide Michele who is celebrating her birthday in her bubble at home today!
A few of us sang her the birthday song on our class hangout today!!

You three will have to stand up at our school assembly when we return and the whole school will be able to sing to you!

Miya, I used to love cutting pictures of things I liked out of my Mum's magazines when I was little. You could also try putting them into groups of 2's or 5's. Or groups of the same colour or the same kind of product. Then name the groups.

Giant pumpkins!

Bostin has been very busy watering his giant pumpkins every day at home. You are such a good little worker, Bostin. Tino pai!

Bostin at home on the farm!

Here is our little farm boy, Bostin at home on the farm where he loves to be. Look at the calves sucking his hands. Bostin named his calf "Fluffy" and Issy named hers "Twilight". I'm a farm girl too, Bostin, and I remember doing the same thing when I was young. It feels like sandpaper on your hands. This would make good storywriting!! Keep those photos coming in Te Pihi. It's wonderful!

Meet Toby's new piglet, "Hogg"

Hi everyone, welcome back to Term 2! Don't forget to check out this week's learning on our class site. We have some cool reading, writing and maths activities as well as some yoga and meditation on the PE tab. One of our writing activities this week is to write about your adventures with your pet or favourite toy. The first student to email us a photo is Toby with his new piglet, "Hogg".
